To ensure a successful return, keep your item in its original condition and packaging - unworn or unused with tags attached. Don't forget the receipt for proof of purchase!

Upon receiving your order, it's essential to take a look at the item right away. If you notice any defects or if an incorrect product has been shipped, let us know quickly so that we can review and resolve the issue promptly!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges / refunds

At Good Cuppa Coffee, it's important to us that you receive the right order and, if necessary, a replacement. Please reach out with any discrepancies within 15 days of delivery by emailing hello@goodcuppacoffee.com - include your name and order number along with an explanation plus a picture of what was received for prompt resolution!
